This used to be a nice place to stay in Dallas. But, now the clerks were sitting around flirting with each other while customers waited. While traveling, scheduling and timing is everything somedays, but you couldn't tell that to this group. Breakfast supposedly began at 6AM, but when we went to the lobby, the crew was sitting around laughing and socializing and absolutely nothing was ready....not even the coffee. It was quite sad, because I used to always stay at this hotel when in Dallas. Not anymore. If I owned this hotel, I would walk in there today and fire and replace the entire crew before my business completely went down the toilet.
