Beautiful room and the staffs attitude is terrific. But, being a new facility (at least made over) it has some areas which need work. As an example, when ordering room service for dinner, no cart was provided (on two separate nights). Only a tray was brought. Since there is nowhere to set the tray, I ate over the bed, which was uncomfortable.
